I usually don’t post much from my Weekly Outlook to my blog, this is to protect my paying subscribers, but with the NFP on Friday and current market condition, I feel that everyone will benefit from a closer look… So here it is:
The headline is that NFP (nonfarm payroll) missed expectation and came out at:
Today has been a tough day as I was literally glued in front of my PC trading… we don’t get FIVE tradable news everyday.
Anyways, I hope you did well, I picked up couple hundred pips on JPY pairs, as a matter of fact, I timed the entry on GBP/JPY right around 130.80, and if you were watching the market, you’d know that right now GBP/JPY is around 135.00 level…
Currency Market Analysis – Sunday March 28, 2010
Looking at the market on early open Sunday and browsing through the headlines over the EU Summit last week, I’ve got the distinct impression that risk aversion sentiment brought on by the Greece debt crisis prior to the Summit is now over. The perception of a possible “need” for an IMF bailout is at least, temporarily, out of mind and out of sight, and as currency trading is concerned, we have reasons now to expect a risk appetite driven market this week, as long as we don’t get any unscheduled negative news releases…
