Grab your FREE Strength Meter and add 30 pips to your next trade…

by Henry Liu on November 9, 2009

Sometimes your timing may be off, and your entry not so great, but if you picked the “right” currency pair to trade, you’ll still end up making pips…

You may ask: “Henry, how do I know which pair is the ‘right’ pair?”, and the answer is, my friend, quite simple: Newsprofiteer Meter.

If you’ve watched any of my live videos, you are no stranger to my Strength Meter.  I’ve improved on the original idea of the Excel based spreadsheet to a self-contained little widget that does exactly the SAME thing, but without the setup headaches, security nightmares, and of course it’s easy to get started…

Grab your FREE Strength Meter and add 30 pips to your next trade... currencymeter

This is of course the 3rd of my Mastermind Mentoring System Launch Video, a free gift for you, just my way of saying thanks for your ongoing support…

And of course, if your timing and entries are impeccable, by selecting the right pair to trade, you can usually add 30+ pips to your bottom line easily…

Watch my 18 minutes video as I quickly introduce this tool, show you how to install it (you need to have MT4 platform up and running as a prerequisite), and then reveal some of the best-kept secrets with this little tool that generate huge results…  If you liked my previous videos, you’re going to LOVE this tool…

And did I mention it’s FREE? Go ahead, try it out, you’ve got nothing to lose, and it takes just a few minutes of your time.

Enjoy!

Henry Liu
P.S. In the future release I’ll include correlation, world clock, market cycle times, and much much more… but you need to get this now to be eligible for future upgrades!

Hi Alf,
The current currency strength meter version 2.0 works with most MT4. You can always download a demo MT4 and try it first. The new version 3 that should be available in May 2011, will not require MT4 to get the data.

Henry thank you so much for sharing your currency meter. I can’t trade without it and have been averaging 100 pips/day so far without really trying, even in the crappy holiday market. Thank you so much.

You need to go to your Control Panel, Regional Settings, and change Currency to USD.

It is because the program is fixed with decimal symbol of dot. You HAVE TO change your regional settings and set the decimal symbol to dot (.) Probably your are from Europe like me and unfortunately there is no way around.

Hi Henry,

I just downloaded the strenght meter, enable the DDE server and checked the box for the mini. The meter shows all zeros.. I am using Interbank FX as my MT4 platform. It seems like not compatible to IBFX or should I change my broker to FXDD?

Thanks,
Choon

Is your Interbank platform a mini account? If yes, then you need to add “m” in the textbox. I showed this in my installation video.

Dear Mr Henry,

Just want your asistance to install the meter. After downloading it, then we copy and phase to script or indicator into the metatrader? TQ

Henry Liu August 2, 2010 at 9:37 pm

Neither. Just run it and it should create an icon on your desktop. Click on it to get it running.

Hi Henry, great job. As a matter of interest, what timeframe is the currency strength meter using to calculate it’s results? I’m thinking 15min but not positive.

Thanks

Reply

Henry Liu July 12, 2010 at 8:55 pm

Des: It uses the daily range. Not the daily chart, but the daily range.

It works. I’ve installed them on my office PCs, they are all Windows 7.

Hi,

Installed strength meter, but it shows zeros. DDE server enable. What does it mean “use FXDD as your MT4 platform”?

Reply

Henry Liu July 3, 2010 at 1:03 pm

Go to my meter site and read the installation post, there is a link to download FXDD MT4.

Reply

Henry Liu November 15, 2009 at 11:38 pm

No PDF, Sorry.

Please update your flash player or get better Internet Connection. Are you from Nigeria? Because this is like the 50th time I got request for PDF from Nigerian traders. There is no PDF.

I downloaded the free Strength Meter, but the strength for all the pairs is zeros. What should I do?

Reply

Henry Liu November 15, 2009 at 11:37 pm

Nazir:

Please make sure you use FXDD as your MT4 platform, make sure you enabled the DDE Server, and make sure you didnt check the “My broker uses Mini Quote”, and of course, just to be sure, restart your PC after you’ve done everything. That usually solves the problem.

got your strenght meter, installed, works, but it jumps my processor to 100% and stays there,mt4 uses only 4- 18%,any ideas??

Reply

Henry Liu November 15, 2009 at 11:32 pm

Rick:

Once the meter times out and cannot find MT4 due to DDE issues, then it will sometimes do that. You can kill the process and restart the meter again. I’ll address this issue in the next update.
